Meet Laura
Real estate has been a compelling and consistent passion beyond her 30+ years in the business. Beginning with an earlier generation, her family has been involved in residential real estate, including development and building, both in Arizona and Georgia since the 70’s.
Prior to real estate, Laura was a Marketing Director at an NBC affiliate WLBZ-TV, in Maine, and began in the broadcast industry locally at KTVK-TV, in the early 80’s. Combining marketing and communication skills with selling real estate has brought great benefits to our clients. The knowledge of how to present a property to a targeted market, creating a product that will sell at its’ highest price as a result of it having had the proper exposure to an appropriate market, will succeed in bringing the right buyer for the property.
Specializing in the luxury home neighborhoods of Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Arcadia, the Biltmore communities, and the Central Corridor, Laura has a commitment to professional excellence and personal integrity that offers clients the utmost in confidentiality, sensitivity to their personal circumstances, and trust that their home will be offered on the market with the most sophisticated presentation along with the invaluable networking of their property among the real estate community.
Also a member of various real estate marketing groups, such as the Luxury Home Tour (serving as Director in 2003), as well as groups in various areas of Scottsdale, Arcadia, and the Central Corridor. Additional real estate credentials include being a lifetime member of the president’s roundtable and having received many years of the Diamond Club Award.
Laura’s personal life includes life as the daughter of an Army Colonel, living and traveling in many areas of the world. Equestrian competition was an early passion while living in Panama. Currently, hiking, biking, skiing, and the ocean occupy recreational time, along with raising three daughters from China. A family rich in diversity, Laura’s six children range from 22 to 48.
